Afeefa Ashraf
Chartered Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in Paediatric Physiotherapy.

Afeefa is CORU Registered, Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified with a Clinical Doctorate in Physiotherapy in 2015 from the University of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
After practicing in her first graduate year in Pakistan in the areas of post operative cardiac ICU, and Private Practice, she attended Oxford Brookes University in the UK for her research studies.
Afeefa moved to Ireland in 2017 and furthered her training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Therapy and Dry Needling, helping her to hone her manual therapy skills. Afeefa also worked as a geriatric physiotherapist in nursing homes where she covered vast area of cardiopulmonary, MSK and neuro physiotherapy.
Afeefa then moved into private practice on and began her training in paediatrics, covering a broad spectrum of paediatric conditions from talipes or torticollis to neurological paediatric cases such as CP, spina bifida, delayed develpomental disroders and also a huge number of paediatric MSK cases such as Severs, Os Goods etc.
Throughout her career Afeefa developed an interest in sports physiotherapy, acute and late rehabilitation, biomechanical assessments and orthotics insole prescription.
Afeefa is also offers manual lymphatic drainage and Pilates, both one to one and group classes.
