Tristin Kennedy

Tristin Kennedy has a BSc (Hons) degree from Dublin Institute of Technology, a level 9 PG Dip from Trinity College Dublin and a MSc (Hons) Degree in Food, Nutrition and Health from University College Dublin. Tristin began his nutrition career over 7 years ago, working in social and clinical settings with clients suffering with eating and other nutrition/health related disorders. Over the course of these years, Tristin has worked from a clinical setting, to general public nutrition to sports performance nutrition specialising in sports that have an emphasis on weight specific management.
In particular, Tristin has vast experience gained with athletes in GAA, football, endurance, horse racing and most notably MMA where he works with some of the world’s top athletes across several global MMA promotion’s including the UFC.
Tristin has a real scientific but practical approach to nutrition mythologies and a real passion for educating and informing people on the correct science and practices. This passion is evident from the creation of his podcast “Eat, Train, Win” where he speaks to world renowned experts in the field of nutrition, performance and health as well as talks performed in corporate and private settings on nutrition science and health.
Outside of the world of performance Nutrition, Tristin is a very keen GAA and MMA fan. As a native of his town Monasterevan, Co. Kildare, Tristin had the honour of been part of the clubs first Leinster title winning team in 2012 as well as other championship and league honours in 2012 and 2019 respectively.
Tristin will be holding clinics by scheduled appointment in relation to any nutrition or health related issues.
