Arlene holds a BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care and in 2026 qualified as a Mat Pilates instructor, reflecting her long-standing interest for caring for people and promoting wellbeing. Arlene brings the same caring approach to her role at the clinic, where she manages appointments, coordinates marketing, organises our classes and serves as a key point of contact for both clients and physiotherapists. Her goal is to ensure every interaction is smooth, welcoming, and positive, so clients can focus on their personal health and recovery.

Outside of work, Arlene enjoys staying active through running and a variety of other activities, giving her a personal appreciation for movement and fitness.
