He is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with all musculoskeletal injuries and he has proved himself as one of the best physiotherapists that I have worked with.

I have sought Marks expertise and treatment on numerous occasions.He has always been able to identify the problem, cause and devise a suitable treatment plan for my injury. From my experience of playing inter county football for over 10 years, I know Mark is an elite physiotherapist. I have visited MDC Physiotherapy on many occasions and have always been delighted with the results. Mark offers an excellent service and helped me through injuries I have sustained through sports. Mark offers a proffessional service with a friendly and interested approach and builds up a strong relationship with the client from the first visit. The facilities at MDC physiotherapy are the best I have seen. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge he showed and how he helped me understand my injuries rather than just fix them. I used MDC Physiotherapy on several occasions for two separate medium term injuries. One for a shoulder dislocation and another for a herniated disc. I found MDC to be extremely professional in dealing with both injuries, identifying my major issues, working on those issue proactively and providing me with a detailed recovery plan to follow. I found it very helpful that MDC Physiotherapy explained to me in detail about my injuries, how they occured, the approach they were taking to reduce my discomfort and how the recovery plan would aide my recovery. The results have been great and I can now exercise pain free without the fear of the problems reoccuring. I thoroughly recommend MDC Physiotherapy to any person of all ages.

I was training pretty hard throughout the latter half of 2020 and honestly, I think I would have been forced to give up if it weren't for Sean at MDC Physiotherapy in Kildare. I kept running into problems with my glutes (quite literally!) and I had physio with Sean pretty consistently for a few months. He was brilliant in helping me deal with the injuries - the dry needling especially was so good. I will definitely be depending on Sean if I'm dealing with any more injuries in the future. It's a great comfort to know I've found a good physiotherapist that I can rely on.
