Meabhdh O'Sullivan
Senior Physiotherapist
Meabhdh graduated with an MSc in
Physiotherapy from UL in 2018 and with her
background in Sports Science & Health, she
applies her knowledge of exercise prescription
to guide her patients rehab and treatment.
Meabhdh spent the last 2 years working with the
Kildare GAA Development Squads as part of the
Athletic Development Team. She strives to
incorporate the knowledge gained from this
experience into her practice with Youth and
Adolescent Athletes.
In 2023, she had the pleasure of working with
Kildare Ladies Football All Ireland Winning Team
and has previously worked with various GAA &
Rubgy clubs. Meabhdh enjoys the challenge of
working with Athletes & Sports people to
maximise their performance on return from
injury.
Having previously worked in Paediatric Primary
Care in Kildare/West Wicklow, Meabhdh is
delighted to provide Physiotherapy for infants,
children & adolescents, with non-complex
conditions such as DCD, Hypermobility, Gross
Motor Delay and Plagiocephaly.
Meabhdh also specialises in Lymphodema
Management and has a particular interest in
helping those with Secondary Lymphodema
following Cancer treatment, as well as swelling/
oedema post surgery.
With over 4 years of teaching experience,
Meabhdh thoroughly enjoys teaching Pilates to
both beginner & experienced clients. Her goal is
to provide a challenging & enjoyable class, which
is suitable for those returning to exercise
following an injury, as well those looking for a
low impact form of strength exercise.
